Thelan is an SBA Certified HUBZone company has six years of targeted, onsite experience providing Program Management support to federal clients through the development, launch, and maintenance of several high-impact government initiatives. In its experience providing support to the Treasury Department, Thelan has been a part of the planning and stand-up of programs such as the Affordable Care Act Program Management Office (ACA PMO), Delivery Management Quality Assurance (DMQA), the Achieving a Better Life Experience (ABLE) development PMO, Enterprise Case Management (ECM), and the Return Review Program (RRP) for the Internal Revenue Service. At the Office of the Comptroller of currency, Thelan provides Integrated Master Schedule support and PM leadership to the Information Technology team.

- Executive LeadershipThelan develops and maintains roadmaps, dashboards, briefing decks to support key meetings, including those of the Commissioner's ACA Enterprise Integrated Program Plan (EIPP) team of the Executive Oversight Team. Working with and supporting release management, its analysts receive updates, track high level tasks, and verify the accuracy of the data with the most recent Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
- Release Management TeamsThelan is experienced in providing Release Management support and was part of the original team to use the IRS Release Management approach. From ACA 3.0 to ACA 7.1, Thelan expertise have supported the Release Management teams through successful Launch, Exit, Go-Live and transition to O&M.
- Release Level Technical Support (RLTS)Thelan’s expertise in providing scheduling support for Release Level Technical Support (RLTS) has deepen its understanding of the significant components within the Service Delivery Partner (SDP). Thelan’s role in the coordination and planning made among the various RLTS teams (Deployments, Environments, Readiness, Operations, and Maintenance) gives the firm a unique understanding of the impacts occurring within the many releases of ACA.
- Organizational Readiness (OR)Thelan has supported the efforts of the Organizational Readiness (OR) team as they provide high level reports and analysis and instruction to verify the readiness of various projects. Consultants draft, develop, and monitor schedules and assisted in developing the scope and requirements of the project and provide a timeline that allows OR to operate within the timeline required for the success of the various ACA Releases. With OR’s high-level involvement Thelan has helped ensure the success of each release.
